Q: Is there a charge to set up my embroidered design?
A: There is a one off cost of £45 to set up new embroidered designs up to 8000 stitches. You only pay these costs on your first order. If you all ready have your design set up with us tick the box saying "This is an existing design that you have embroidered before" you will then not be charged for the setup cost.
Q: Is there a set up cost for screen printed designs?
A: Yes there is a one off cost of £24.50 per colour per design. You only pay these costs on your first order. If you all ready have your design set up with us tick the box saying "This is an existing design that you have printed before" you will then not be charged for the setup cost.
Q: Is there a set up cost for digitally printed designs?
A: No, digitally printed designs do not have a set up cost as no screens need to be made, all we need is good quality hi resolution artwork, minimum 200 DPI at actual print size. We can then provide amazing prints with no minimum order or setup costs.
Q: Will I have to pay set up costs on future orders?
A: No, set up costs only apply to your first order. You will not be charged again unless you change the design going onto the garments.
Q: Does the cost of my products include my design?
A: All prices are shown on the product pages, these are priced up based on the decoration methods we can apply to that particular garment.
Q: Can we have more than one logo on our clothing?
A: Yes, you can get a price for this by using the instant quote feature or give us a call. We can then get back to you with prices.
Q: Can we see the designs before they are applied to our order?
A: Yes, for embroidered designs we post you an embroidered sample to approve, for printed orders we post or e-mail you a full size colour proof.
Q: Are there any other costs involved?
A: The only other costs are VAT & delivery.
Q: Can we order plain clothing without any embroidery or printing?
A: Yes just select plain as the decoration method.
Q: How many colours can we have in our design?
A: For embroidered designs 15 colours, for screen printed designs 18 colours, for digitally printed garments there is no limit.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Our standard delivery times are 10-14 working days, we can complete orders quicker than this if needed, please contact us for details.
Q: What formats can we send our artwork in?
A: For embroidered designs we can accept artwork in the following formats, Bmp, Jpeg, Tiff, EPS, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
For Screen Printed & Digitally Printed designs we can accept artwork in the following formats: EPS, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Tiff, high resolution jpeg or bmp file or any other vector format. If you are not sure just send us what you have and we will let you know if it’s suitable.
