Video games publisher Capcom has created a promotional t-shirt to mark the release of its Mega Man 9 title.

The Mega Man character was first developed in 1987 in a platform adventure on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

During September, Capcom released the ninth incarnation of the title for download on Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360.

To mark this occasion, the company has also created a promotional t-shirt for customers to purchase.

The black shirt is made of 100 per cent cotton fibre and is emblazoned with the brightly coloured, retro Mega Man artwork.

Alternatively, another black t-shirt features the Mega Man character centrally placed on the garment.

Capcom also offers promotional t-shirts for other titles in its video game range, including the Streetfighter series.

It has been established that giving something for nothing is now thought to be the best method of promoting brand awareness for your products or services. Most companies now endorse the theory that getting their brand name out there through free promotional items will increase their profile and create a buzz about their products. For the large well known brands such as Adidas and Nike, it is their policy to get high profile sports stars to wear their products during largely televised sports games. Such an endorsement by a celebrity gives a massive boost to their company’s image and sales.Tiger Woods has recently been the subject of much media publicity due to his recent highly publicised car accident and the ensuing revelations about the state of his marriage. Prior to this negative publicity Tiger Woods maintained a low key wholesome image which he further endorsed by getting married and starting a family. He has now reportedly lost lucrative sponsorship deals with General Motors, Accenture Plc, AT&T and Gillette. Although many popular celebrities have lost sponsorship due to their bad behaviour it always seems to only be a matter of time before their new found notoriety finds them new sponsors.

A team of budding baseball stars in the Hawaiian Little League World Series began selling its official league printed t-shirts this weekend.

Waipi'o baseball team's t-shirt printing has also been given official approval by league authorities.

The team started selling its new T-shirts in the Waipi'o Gentry Shopping Center in the morning and will return once again to sell the remaining stock of printed clothing on September 24th.

Waipi'o Little League President Lenny Fabro explained that the league is still hoping to secure further deals with retail outlets to sell the shirts.

However, no-one will be making a profit from the sales, as all proceeds are set to be donated to the Waipi'o Little League.

The team is currently celebrating winning the World Series championship and will cap their week of t-shirt sales by participating in the Hawaii Winter Baseball opening ceremonies in Waipahu at the end of the week.

Its official, this year’s big promotional trend is a Sarah Jessica Parker staple that she never walks out of her apartment without. Today’s woman leads a busy life and her bag can contain anything from a hair straightener, to a spare pair of comfortable shoes or maybe even a babies’ bottle so it is important to have a large bag that also doesn’t compromise on style.Imprinted Tote Bags are set to be this year’s biggest promotional trend. The tote bag has been growing in popularity over the last number of years. Its re-emergence largely began when supermarkets started charging for carrier bags and now with so much emphasis on climate change people are shying away from disposable bags. A tote bag is practical, durable, economical and reusable. There are many different bags to choose from at Logo ID, with prices starting from only £0.66 for a basic shopping bag. These can then be screen printed or digitally printed for a small extra charge, please see the website or contact them for further details. You can have your company logo printed on one or both sides of the bag and you can use a caption as well if you wish.
