Workwear companies Lindstrom and Vision Design have announced plans to merge.
The deal will enhance Lindstrom's position as a leading supplier of branded workwear and corporate clothing, and make way for further international expansion.
Focus will be on growth in the 19 countries where Lindstrom currently operates by offering customers new products developed by Vision Design.
"The merger gives us increased strength for growth and international escalation. It also serves to enhance our service promise "cares for your image"," said Lindstrom's, managing director Juha Laurio.
"Our range will continue to include both standardised and unique workwear solutions that strengthen our customer companies' brands," he added.
The newly-merged corporate clothing firm will operate under the Lindstrom name and has a series of promotional ventures planned.
As well as offering business gifts and staff gifts, a full brochure of promotional items will be released in October.
